Tasks of the mission
- Visit, with your colleagues, customers and prospects to promote and sell our manufacturing products (temperature sensors and measuring instruments, calibrators, etc.).
- Help industry customers, provide technical advice, as well as information on products, options, pricing, delivery and availability
- Develop a lasting relationship and quality service combined with good profitability
- Maintain your technical knowledge and continuously improve your general knowledge
- Monitor the order book and proactively inform the customer of changes
- Work on bids/projects and follow them up, including after the sale
- Work as part of a team, which means collaborating with all your colleagues to develop the branch and support them in their endeavors (this can range from self-service support in the event of absence to developing an offer and post-sales follow-up).
Diplomas
Have a technical sales background (ideally B1 or A1 in electromechanics, equivalent to BAC+3, BAC+4).
Technical and interpersonal skills
- Be trilingual in English / French / Dutch
- Enjoy working as part of a team and have a real aptitude for leading and uniting teams around sales objectives
- Master sales techniques
- A solid technical background enabling you to understand the workings of electronic temperature sensors and associated sales accessories
- Demonstrate rigor, composure, responsiveness and a taste for teamwork
- Be able to manage and resolve emergency situations (breakdowns, social conflict) and take decisions quickly.
- A hands-on person above all, with excellent communication skills
